Highlights: Aston Villa 2-1 Leeds United

It was a fantastic night for Unai Emery's men, who have gone three games without a defeat in the Premier League thanks to a poor defensive display from an in-form Leeds.
Within five minutes, Leon Bailey was blocked by Boubacar Kamara on the edge of the box, and the Jamaican calmly slotted his shot into the back of the net to take the lead.

Jesse Martinez's side created a flurry of chances in response to Pele's goal and looked close to equalizing. But that wasn't meant to be in the first half of the game, as some heroic defending from the Villa defenders and goalkeeper helped them stay ahead at halftime.
It was much the same in the second half, with Leeds pushing for an equalizer by dumping numbers forward. But they were stung again as Amy Buendia headed home Villa's second header of the night with a rebound.

With their advantage doubled, the hosts hoped to slow the game to a snail's pace and see a brilliant result—but the story took a twist.
With less than ten minutes remaining, Leeds United's Wilfried Noto delivered a superb pass for Patrick Bamford inside the box, and the striker kept it close with composure in the second half.
