Real Madrid's Season Revenue Projected to Reach €1.248 Billion, with Bernabéu as the Main Growth Engine

November 7 – According to *Marca*, Real Madrid will present a record-breaking budget proposal for the 2025/26 season to the club's delegate members: ordinary operating revenue is projected to reach €1.248 billion, excluding revenue from player transfers.
This will be the most ambitious financial document submitted to the assembly, clearly reflecting a trend shift – the growth momentum is now driven by the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium.
Budget forecasts indicate an increase of €63.5 million (+5%) compared to the final accounts of the 2024/25 fiscal year. In internal budget presentations, the club highlighted that this growth rests on two pillars: the operational development of the Bernabéu and new commercial partnership agreements. The Bernabéu has become the club's financial engine, capable of generating sustained revenue independent of the football calendar.
The commercial development of the Bernabéu has already left its mark on the 2024/25 fiscal accounts. Through new stadium-related activities alone – excluding traditional ticket sales and matchday VIP area revenue – the club earned €79.1 million. The revenue composition demonstrates the model's potential: stadium tours (€52.6 million), events and concerts (€15.4 million), and catering (€10.3 million). This is all occurring while the stadium's commercial development is not yet fully operational.
A Self-Sustaining Model
Looking ahead to the 2025/26 season, the budget anticipates further growth, supported by the full opening of catering areas, the complete operationalization of VIP spaces, and the introduction of internationally acclaimed events. The club expects the stadium's contribution to the overall economic model to continue rising, particularly within the "Members & Stadium" revenue line, which is projected to grow from €326.8 million to €402.4 million (+€75.6 million).
At the November 23 assembly, the club will convey a clear message: "The Bernabéu is a gold mine." The €1.248 billion budget demonstrates that the stadium is driving the growth of the club's sports industry operations. Real Madrid's "White Coliseum" generates revenue on matchdays... and continues to do so even without games.
