Barcelona staged a dramatic 4-2 comeback victory over Slavia Prague in the UEFA Champions League league phase
Playing in freezing conditions at Fortuna Arena in Prague, Barça fell behind early when Vasil Kušej opened the scoring for the hosts in the 10th minute. The situation worsened just before halftime as Robert Lewandowski inadvertently scored an own goal, making it 2-0 to Slavia. However, Hansi Flick's side mounted a stunning turnaround.

Young midfielder Fermín López emerged as the hero, netting a brilliant brace to level the score and then put Barcelona ahead. His first goal came in the 34th minute from close range, followed by a clinical finish in the 42nd to make it 2-2. In the second half, Dani Olmo restored the lead with a fine strike in the 63rd minute, before Lewandowski redeemed himself by scoring the fourth in the 70th to seal the win.

López was named player of the match, delivering an outstanding performance with two goals, an assist threat, high work rate, and defensive contributions. The result lifted Barcelona into a strong position in the standings with 13 points after Matchday 7.

The victory, however, came at a significant cost. Star midfielder Pedri was forced off around the 60th minute with an apparent hamstring injury, sparking immediate concern among fans and the club. Initial reports suggest he could miss 3-4 weeks, a major blow ahead of a packed schedule in La Liga and domestic cups.Despite the Pedri setback, the resilient display in Prague highlighted Barcelona's fighting spirit under Flick and keeps their top-eight ambitions very much alive.
