Milan Shut Down MLS Interest as Christian Pulisic Stays Central to Long-Term Plans

AC Milan have made their stance clear on the future of Christian Pulisic, insisting that the USMNT star will not be sold despite growing interest from Major League Soccer clubs. The decision comes amid strong external pressure, particularly from ambitious MLS sides looking to bring the winger back to the United States.
Among the most serious suitors is New York City FC, which has reportedly prepared a lucrative long-term offer to lure Pulisic with a substantial salary package. Other MLS clubs are also monitoring the situation closely, ready to act if any opportunity emerges during the summer transfer window.
Despite the rising attention, Italian reports and club sources indicate that Milan have no intention of opening the door for negotiations. The club considers Pulisic an essential part of their sporting project and is not planning to sanction his departure in the near future.
Pulisic’s current contract runs until 2027, with an option to extend it further until 2028, giving Milan full control over his long-term future. Discussions over an improved deal have already been ongoing for months, although no final agreement has been reached yet.
With his focus currently split between club duties and preparations for international competitions with the United States national team, Pulisic’s position in Milan appears stable. The Italian side continues to view him as a key figure in their squad structure for the coming seasons, making any immediate transfer highly unlikely.
