England Complete Comeback to Beat DR Congo 2-1 and Reach the World Cup Last 16
England survived a major scare to defeat DR Congo 2-1 in a thrilling FIFA World Cup knockout clash, securing their place in the Round of 16 after a dramatic second-half comeback. Harry Kane once again proved why he remains England's most reliable finisher, scoring twice to overturn an early deficit.
