PSG Close In on €35m Zion Suzuki Signing as Juventus Weigh Loan

Paris Saint-Germain are closing in on a deal to sign Japanese goalkeeper Zion Suzuki from Parma for a package worth around €35 million including add-ons, with Juventus preparing to decide on a subsequent loan move once the transfer is completed.
The 23-year-old Japan international has impressed with consistent performances in Serie A and stood out for his country at the 2026 World Cup. PSG improved their earlier offer of approximately €33 million, and sources indicate Parma are ready to proceed with the agreement. The French champions view Suzuki as a long-term investment in their goalkeeping department, potentially competing with or providing cover behind Matvey Safonov, depending on the future of Lucas Chevalier.
Juventus, who had also pursued Suzuki earlier in the window, are now focused on securing him on loan from PSG. The Serie A side are expected to make a decision soon after the permanent transfer is finalized, seeing the arrangement as an opportunity to give the young goalkeeper regular first-team minutes. Talks between the clubs on the loan details are anticipated to follow quickly.
No official announcements have been made, but all parties appear aligned on progressing the deals in the coming days. If completed, the move would mark a significant step up for Suzuki while addressing immediate needs at both PSG and Juventus.
