Chelsea have completed the signing of Enzo Fernandez for £106m✅

The Blues ran into Benfica's release clause for the Argentine midfielder shortly before Tuesday's transfer deadline.
A statement from the Portuguese side confirmed the deal after Chelsea rushed to complete the transfer.

That brings Chelsea's spend to more than £300 million for the month, with Fernandes' signing breaking the previous Premier League record set by Manchester City's £100 million move for Jack Grealish.
The 22-year-old Fernandez was named the best young player at the World Cup and won the trophy for Argentina in Qatar.
Benfica insisted Fernandes would not be sold for less than his release clause and Chelsea finally complied with their demands shortly before the 11pm transfer deadline.
