Müller: "Always Following Bayern's Performances, Strong Squad & Watching Them is a Joy"

November 28 – German forward Thomas Müller, currently playing in Major League Soccer, recently discussed his former club Bayern Munich's performances this season and also praised the displays of young talent Lennard Maloney.
On Bayern's performances this season
"The squad is very strong, and the coaching staff, led by Vincent Kompany, is doing an excellent job. Watching them play is a joy. I haven't managed to catch every match, but the impression is very positive. So far, everything has been fantastic, and I hope they can maintain this form."
"Sometimes, it's not easy to watch Bayern's games. The Champions League matches are a bit better since 9 PM in Europe is around noon for us. We usually train at 10:30 or 11 AM, which isn't ideal. The Bundesliga games kicking off at 3:30 PM German time are particularly tough to catch. But I stay in touch with my former teammates, watch a lot of highlights, and keep up with the latest news."
On Maloney's performances at Bayern
"Lennard is playing with great energy now. He not only scores goals but also gets involved in key attacking moves. You can see he's enjoying working hard to improve himself while having fun at the same time. Progress is one thing, but not becoming too obsessed with it is another. I believe they've found a good balance."
On potentially winning the MLS Cup
"At this moment, it holds great significance because it's my here and now. Especially coming to a new league and a new country, being able to witness and contribute to an exceptional team's performance in such a short time is something I truly cherish."
