Here We Go! Paulo Dybala Extends AS Roma Stay with New Deal

Argentine forward Paulo Dybala has officially committed his future to AS Roma by signing a new contract extension, according to transfer journalist Fabrizio Romano. The 32-year-old playmaker has put pen to paper on a fresh agreement, successfully shutting down heavy summer interest from Major League Soccer, Saudi Pro League, and Boca Juniors.
To facilitate the agreement and remain at the Stadio Olimpico, "La Joya" accepted a substantial pay cut. Dybala’s guaranteed net salary will drop to approximately €2.5 million to €3 million per season, supplemented by performance-related bonuses. The new deal secures his services until June 2027, with an option to extend for an additional year until 2028 based on specific sporting milestones.
Manager Gian Piero Gasperini deemed Dybala an irreplaceable centerpiece for his tactical blueprint, especially following the forward's decisive four-assist streak at the end of last season. Eager to compete in the upcoming UEFA Champions League campaign, Dybala has already reported back to the Trigoria training center to kick off pre-season training.
