PSG Launch Bold Bid for Ajax Winger Mika Godts as Transfer Talks Accelerate

Paris Saint-Germain have submitted an official bid exceeding €40 million for Ajax’s talented Belgian winger Mika Godts, according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano. Negotiations are progressing rapidly, with PSG reportedly offering a package around €45 million for the 21-year-old, edging closer to Ajax’s initial €60 million valuation.

Godts, who enjoyed a breakout 2025-26 Eredivisie season with 17 goals and numerous assists, has already agreed personal terms with the French champions and is eager to join the reigning Champions League winners. His agent, Niels De Jonck, confirmed the player’s strong desire to make the step up, describing the move from the Dutch league to a European powerhouse as logical.

The deal now depends on bridging the gap with Ajax. Technical director Jordi Cruyff has previously expressed reluctance to lose the key attacker this season, emphasizing the club’s satisfaction with Godts’ performances and professionalism. Godts joined Ajax from Genk in early 2024 for just €1 million and quickly established himself as a star at the Johan Cruyff Arena.

If completed, the transfer would represent another strategic addition to PSG’s attacking options under Luis Enrique. Talks continue, with both sides optimistic a resolution can be reached in the coming days.
