March 14 – Fabrizio Romano reports that Napoli will trigger the buy option for Rasmus Højlund, signing the striker from Manchester United for approximately €44 million, with the transfer set to be finalized imminently.

Napoli sporting director Giovanni Manna stated unequivocally in an interview: "There is no doubt that Højlund will stay here.
